Kristen Lampkin is a dynamic and accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience dedicated to fostering thriving and inclusive workplaces. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, coaching, diversity, and inclusion, making her a sought-after thought leader and practitioner in the field.

She is the proud CEO of HR Guru LLC, where she empowers business owners to elevate their careers by crafting compelling LinkedIn profiles and resumes. Beyond her consulting work, Kristen is a global speaker, sharing her insights on various HR-related topics, leadership, and building positive work environments.

Kristen's commitment extends far beyond her professional career. She is actively involved in shaping her community, serving as a board member for Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. She is also the Co-Founder of Black in HR Indy and holds the position of Director of Community Partnerships on the board of directors of Black Women of Faith. In the past, she contributed as an All-Star 2024 XBE Committee Member and served as the Inclusion, Culture, and Diversity Director for the Indiana State SHRM board.

Her dedication and impact have garnered significant recognition. Kristen was named one of IBJ's 2025 40 under 40, and celebrated as one of Indy Maven's ten Indianapolis Women to Watch in 2022. In 2021, she was selected as part of the Auto Remarketing 40 Under 40 class. Previously, in 2018, she was a finalist for Junior Achievement's Indy's Best and Brightest award, and United Way of Central Indiana recognized her as one of United Way's 100 Heroes.

Her education complements Kristen's impressive background. She holds an MBA from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Ball State University.
